Working with Children Check
I am a full-time academic tutor with ten years of tutoring experience. I started tutoring after I completed my ATAR studies and have worked in a variety of educational roles since then. I have significant experience tutoring Maths and Chemistry as well as Accounting and Finance at both secondary and tertiary levels.
I also work part-time as a lecturer and tutor at the University of Western Australia. I am responsible for designing and delivering course content, teaching new concepts to students and fostering critical thinking. I have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt my teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
Education is my passion; I am constantly refining my teaching techniques and developing new resources to give my students the best learning experience possible.
I feel that my biggest strength as a tutor is my flexible approach to the learning process. The style and structure of my lessons is not rigid but rather changes to reflect how each individual student learns best.
The experience that I have had puts me in a great position to guide each student through their studies, at both secondary and tertiary levels.
I look forward to working with you!
